Currently teaching alongside a day job Candice still finds time to teach and learn. Offerings include hatha, yin, MFR, breath coaching & trapeze. Focussing on functionality & getting the best from your anatomy. We aim to improve not fight with what you have, smiling is not optional :)

The idea is for kids to have fun and explore music through movement with 'easy-to-follow' directions. These fun, 30 minute classes are packed full of colourful props and music to guide your child's enjoyment of dancing.
